Normal Delivery Schedule

Custom orders average 3-5 week delivery. Please note that multicolored signs, double-sided signs, and those with lettering/ highlight colors other than gold, bronze, or silver (metallic paints dry quicker) take several days to a week longer to produce, and the average delivery cycle does not account for this.

About Address Signs...

What are your address signs made of?

Our address signs are produced from aluminum which does not rust, is lightweight, and also contains at least 70% Recycled Aluminum! The address plaques are cast in a mold, with the custom letters and numbers part of the plaque and raised from the background.

How are the address plaques painted?

Each address plaque is coated with a durable baked enamel finish that will provide years of protection for your address plaque. The raised borders and characters are then roller painted with the second color, providing a contrast to the background. Some products are now finished with a durable powder-coated and cured paint.

How long will it take to make my address marker?

The majority of orders for address markers are shipped in approximately 3 to 5 weeks. Multicolored and double-sided signs take several days to a week longer to produce. Plaques must pass quality control points during the manufacturing process. If a sign fails to meet our standard of quality, it is remade and may take additional time to be processed. We want to make sure you receive a top-quality product and hope you will understand the delay is to your benefit. Remakes receive top priority and will be shipped as soon as possible.

What if the house sign is a gift, but the event is in 2 weeks?

You may order the plaque and request a personalized gift announcement sent via Priority Mail. The announcement may be sent directly to the recipient, or may be sent to you if you would like to perhaps present it with a nice bottle of wine or a gift basket. The announcement is free, but there is a $4 shipping charge to cover the postage. Here are detailed instructions:

Gift Announcements

If you would just like a personal message sent with the gift, simply type it in the "Additional Instructions" box on the order form, and it will appear on the packing slip with the gift. No payment information appears on the packing slip.

How am I Billed?

You may use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover/Novus credit cards. Your credit card information is processed using SSL security encryption. This information is NEVER passed through an insecure connection and always protected. Because our signs are a custom product and cannot be re-entered into stock, your credit card will be billed when you place the order. Custom orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable since they cannot be returned to stock or resold.

What if there is a problem with my order?

We very much want you to be happy with your order! In the event there is any manufacturing flaw or error made by us on your order, it will be remade to the original specifications and shipped again at no additional cost. If you do discover an error on your sign, please email as quickly as possible so we may take care of it quickly. DO NOT return the sign; please wait for replacement instructions.

Please check the confirmation page of your order carefully for mistakes and let us know as quickly as possible if you have made an error in placing your order. Once the plaque has been cast, your spelling error cannot be changed and a new plaque will have to be made, so it is very important you check carefully for errors to prevent any additional charges. In the event you made an error when placing your order and did not notice it on the confirmation page, we may be able to provide at least a partial credit toward a new corrected sign.

Custom orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Can you send a catalog?

This IS our catalog! In order to cut production costs and keep the cost to customers lower, we do not produce a catalog other than the website. You do have permission to print any pages on the website from your browser as long as it is intended for personal use. All photographs on the site are copyrighted and NO permission is granted for commercial use or distribution without express written consent.

What if I don't have a credit card?

If you do not have a credit card, or are uncomfortable with placing secure credit card orders on the internet, you may currently send payment via snail-mail to the business office:

     We do ask that you go through the first two pages of the order form online even if you are faxing or mailing your payment- This will ensure you are making the correct selections for your order. Please print out the second order form page with your shipping and payment information after you have made your selections to send with your payment. Please note that your order will take a little longer if it is not placed online.

Important Notice!

Due to extremely limited use, and the growing number of spam faxes (grrr!), we are discontinuing our dedicated fax line. Our plan is to provide phone processing of credit card orders in the future for those not brave enough to submit online, as well as provide product information via phone.

It has come to our attention that some older browsers have a Y2K glitch and are not recognizing expiration dates on secure certificates after December 31, 1999.
